It can be a yearly lease or preferred multi year lease with better terms if multi year is agreed. The unit will come broom swept and clean for a convenient move in during the first week of June which the rent will be prorated. The rent is due on the first day of the month each month thereafter. The bedrooms are big with nice closets in each. The unit is just under one thousand square feet with many windows that let in beautiful natural light.
