Parking is available in the main driveway; do not park in the carport. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Events or parties are not allowed. Check-out is at 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property's "unlimited" internet plan has a limit of 1.2TB per month. A $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout. There is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. The propane grill is available for use; please clean it after use and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Electronic monitoring devices are used for safety and convenience; guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling them. Mail should not be sent to the rental. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host; shipping charges will apply for return. Mid-stay and deep cleaning are required for stays over 40 and 60 nights respectively, and are charged separately. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am checkout is allowed, after which a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time. For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and are subject to pet fees. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from being used.
