1- This property is for extended stay only. 2- Duration is negotiable. 3- 30 plus day rental is mandatory. 4- Full payment is due upon booking property. Fees required at booking are full rental cost and damage deposit. 5- No smoking allowed on property. 6- Parking limited to 1 car or similar. No oversized vehicles. Additional vehicle's will be allowed at a cost of $25.00 per night and only if approved by management in advance. 7- Utilities, Wi-Fi and Basic cable T.V.. are included in rent cost. Any additional "PREMIUM" t.v. views will be added onto rents. 7- Cleaning fees will be assessed upon departure and deducted from damage deposit. Damage deposit will be returned within 5 business days after departure providing property has no damage or other problems with property. 8- Snow removal from driveway to apartment entry will be the responsibility of renters. 9- Driveway snow removal is included in rent. 10- Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Any additional person must be approved by management in advance, and a daily fee will be assessed. 11- Renters should attain renter insurance to protect them from all uncertainties that may occur to include displacement, theft, personal liabilities. Always feel free to ask management any questions.
