Lease terms
Utilities Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities and services associated with the Premises, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash collection, internet, cable, and any other utility services during the lease term. Lawn Care and Exterior Maintenance Tenant shall be responsible for maintaining the lawn and exterior grounds of the Premises in a neat and orderly condition throughout the lease term. This includes mowing, trimming, weed control, leaf removal, and routine yard maintenance. Tenant shall keep the property free of excessive debris and comply with any applicable local ordinances regarding property maintenance. Renewal Upon expiration of the initial twelve-month term, the Lease may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of the Landlord and Tenant.
