Additional Lease Terms 1. Occupancy The premises shall be occupied only by the following authorized occupants: two (2) adult tenants. No additional occupants may reside on the property without the Landlord's prior written consent. 2. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar products is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the dwelling, garage, or on the property. 3. No Pets No pets, animals, or livestock of any kind shall be kept on or brought onto the property without the Landlord's prior written approval. 4. Quiet Enjoyment and Community Standards The property is located in a family-oriented residential neighborhood. Tenants agree to conduct themselves and require their guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb neighbors or other residents. Excessive noise, loud parties, disorderly conduct, disruptive gatherings, or any activity that unreasonably interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of neighboring properties is prohibited. Tenants shall comply with all local noise ordinances and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment. 5. Guests and Gatherings Tenants are responsible for the actions of their guests at all times. Large gatherings, parties, or events that create excessive noise, parking issues, or neighborhood disturbances are not permitted. Violation of any of the above terms shall constitute a breach of the lease agreement and may result in enforcement actions as permitted by applicable law and the lease agreement.
