Lease terms

No unauthorized occupants or pets. Tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and sanitary. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to smoking may be charged to the tenant. One small dog may be permitted with the landlord's prior approval. * The tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including but not limited to flooring, doors, walls, landscaping, and odors. The tenant must clean up after the pet at all times and ensure the pet does not create excessive noise or disturb neighbors. Any pet-related repairs or cleaning costs beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the tenant. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets beyond normal wear and tear.
