All Applications must be completed entirely, and all documentation must be attached at time of completion of the application (All documents must have your name and employers name visible.) 1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs. All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed. oIncome Must be 2.5 times of your NET income. Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment. No Dispossessory's. Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and are required to hold the property. First Month's Rent This will be due the same time as your holding fee. Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in. All rentals are on a first come first served basis and we do not hold any properties without a holding fee and first month's rent. Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
