The house is located on Lullwater Lake with amazing views of the Lake, and the Sunrise from the back covered porch. The porch and pool are perfect for relaxing and entertaining guests. This is an unfurnished 3 Bedroom Home. The Master bedroom is very large, with 2 large walk-in closets The ensuite bath has a double vanity, with a very large walk-in shower. The 2 additional bedrooms are average size. There is a jack and jill bath between these bedrooms, with 2 vanities, a toilet and a bathtub / shower combination. The 3rd bathroom is located off from the living room with a large walk-in shower. The Kitchen, dining room and living room offer a spacious "Great Room" feel. The kitchen includes a gas stove, a large refrigerator / freezer, and a new dishwasher. There is no installed microwave, and a countertop MICROWAVE IS NOT INCLUDED. The kitchen also has a walk-in food pantry. The laundry area has hook ups, but a WASHER AND DRYER ARE NOT INCLUDED. The home has a double door garage, with one half having an extended long parking spot that fits a double cab Chevy Pickup Truck. There is also space for some storage in the garage. The driveway can fit 4-6 vehicles as well. The home is a short distance, approx. One mile, from Frank Brown Park. Frank Brown Park has a community pool, baseball diamonds, walking trails and a dog park. The highly desired Pier Park shopping area (w/a Pier into the Gulf) is approx. .7 mile away from the house. There is also a Dog beach play area, next to the Pier at Pier Park. Easy access to the "ECP" (PCB) Airport up STH 79 to STH 388, takes about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. There is also a new medical center- "Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare" with doctors, clinics and a hospital with emergency room located 1.5 miles from the house, at 1002 North Arnold Road PCB, FL. (We are unsure if all of the medical facilities are completed, as some could be "in progress". Please check with the medical facilities there directly if needed.) There are many awesome nearby dining options and tourist activities as well. The house will be available for move in 07/01/26. Minimum of 1 year rental or longer. Tenants must have Renters Insurance. Pets allowed with Landlord approval and additional security deposit for each Pet. There is a $350 nonrefundable pet fee for each allowed pet due at lease signing. This house is located in a short term rental not permitted area.
