Washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave are included with the rental. There is a full bathroom upstairs, and a single toilet downstairs in the garage. Total 1300 sqft finished, 700 unfinished. Smoking ok, but outside only please!
Seeking a either a 1- or 2-year lease. Pet and kid friendly. Security deposit is due at signing and equal to 1 month's rent ($2100). Add an additional $500 to the security deposit for pets (no pet fee).
