Hi everyone! Looking for a clean, respectful, and maybe-even-fun roommate to share a 3BR townhouse in a great location.… This is the primary bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. We have 1 guest BR that's also my part-time office, so it'd just be us 2! About the house: 3Br/2.5Ba Private garage parking In-unit washer/dryer Open living room, kitchen, large upstairs patio 2 BR downstairs, 1 BR upstairs Close to Target, Sprouts, the 110 and the 405, 10-min drive to Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, across the street from Ensenada's (the greatest tacos ever) New flooring- some photos are a little outdated. It's all LVP floorboards (no more carpet!) About the room: The only bedroom upstairs, next to the kitchen and living room, opens up to the patio. I'm gone a lot, so you'll often have the whole place to yourself! Jacuzzi and shower Double vanity sink Walk-in closet Ideal lease term is 6 months, and month-to-month after that, but I'm open to discussing. I'm in my 30s and am from the Detroit area. I wfh during the day, and am gone a lot on evenings and weekends (I dogsit all over the South Bay and travel). I love HH, hit the gym a few times a week, and have a great group of friends in the area!
