Serene Victorian nicely furnished home located on bus line with great walking neighborhood, Westvale Schools, close access to shops, gyms, groceries,… medical facilities in the town of Geddes, 3.5 miles from downtown Syracuse. We offer the second and third floors of the home boasting four bedrooms, two baths, office space, a great-room attic space and bonus room. The galley kitchen includes a dishwasher. A grand front porch is perfect for small gatherings or good books. Furnishings include leather living room couches, beds with new mattresses, area rugs. There is a washer dryer and limited storage in the basement, accessible through a rear staircase and outside entrance. This vintage home has been in our family for over 100 years and we are seeking tenants who will appreciate its history. (We reside on the first floor.) An early Victorian as America entered the Progressive Era, Hart House was one of the original homes in the area until post WWII when Westvale was born to support returning vets. The property's west yard once held a tennis court, the east a fish pond. Blocks of unique homes nestled near playgrounds and elementary schools make it a warm and friendly neighborhood.
