All bills must be current and no outstanding debts to previous landlords. No Bankruptcy in the last 7 years. DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY A valid and verified Driver's License (or state issued form of Identification) and Social Security Card of all applicants over the age of 18 are required. ACCURATE and COMPLETE INFORMATION Applicants' failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application may resultin rejection. All requested information on the application will be processed and verified then presented to the Landlord of the property who then will make the final decision to accept or decline an applicant's application. The Application Fee ($75) is Non-refundable.
