This is a legal, permitted ADU that I built for my mother. It is nearly new. Only a couple traveling nurses have rented it and lived in it since she moved out. This is a Tri-plex; I live upstairs and one person lives next to this apartment on the 2nd floor. This is a Non smoking property in all areas, inside and out. There is a one time $150 move out cleaning fee. Generally a minimum lease of 30 days is required, but a 3 + month applicant would be preferred. The occasional shorter, temporary stays are available between these leases. During a short stay, If you have a small pet, it needs to be with you, unless it is crated. There is a non refundable pet deposit of $100. I will send you the Application that need to be completed. A fee of up to $49 will be paid by applicant to KeyCheck for Credit report for 30+day bookings. Proof of income is required. The pictures in this listing are accurate and depict what the apartment really looks like. It is fully furnished, including linens, towels, dishes, and too many amenities to list here. The space is furnished and set up for traveling medical personnel with everything needed to just move in with your clothes and toothbrush.
