This gorgeous condo-hotel features a balcony with direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. The apartment is equipped with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, dishes, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, there is an electronic safe within the suite, an iron/ironing board, and an in-suite washer/dryer. TVs are provided in each room. A Pack 'N Play crib is available upon request. Package handling is available for a fee of $5 per package plus applicable taxes, with packages collectable between 9 AM and 5 PM. Optional valet parking is available for $28 per day per vehicle for stays of 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle for stays of 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle for stays of 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle for stays of 20 to 30 days. Nearby attractions include the Hollywood Beach boardwalk, Gulfstream Park, the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Aventura Mall, and South Beach. For groceries, a 24-hour Walmart is next door, and a Publix Supermarket is a two-minute drive away. Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees collected separately at check-in. A daily resort fee applies, with rates varying based on the length of stay: $30 per day for 1-7 nights, $25 per day for 8-14 nights, $20 per day for 15-29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day for stays of 30 nights or more, all plus taxes. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover incidental damage or charges. No smoking is permitted, and a $500 fine will be applied for any violation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
