What's included: gigabit fiber internet (wired and wireless), in-unit laundry on the same floor, central A/C, and a modern, smart-equipped kitchen. The home is pet-free and smoke-free. Quiet, solid-core doors and a keypad lock on your room for privacy. I keep the place clean and calm and I'm looking for a housemate who does the same: employed or self-employed, considerate, drama-free, and tidy. Overnight guests are welcome up to 3 nights a week. Background and credit check before move-in. Flexible on lease length. Reply with a little about yourself and what you're looking for, and we'll set up a time to see it.
