12-month lease with the option to renew at the end of the lease. Tenant pays for utilities, garbage, and is responsible for maintaining the property within the Stonelake HOA guidelines. Landlord covers HOA dues, which cover complimentary Stonelake clubhouse memberships for the gym, pool, and recreation center. Landlord's insurance does not cover Tenants' belongings. Tenant must carry renter's insurance. No smoking. No pets are preferred, but negotiable. Application Process: All persons intending on living at the property, aged 18 and over, must complete an application and be willing to pay for a background and credit check (approx $38) if selected. Priority will be given to those that attend open house on 6/27 and submit an application.
