      Lease Duration: The minimum lease duration is 6 months. Rent Payment: First Month's Rent: $1,650, due at the signing of the lease. Monthly Rent Thereafter: $1,650, due on the first day of each month. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,650 is required at the time of signing the lease. This deposit will be held to cover any damages or unpaid rent and will be refunded at the end of the lease term, subject to inspection. PG&E Connection: Tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric) service connection for their unit. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental unit in clean and sanitary condition. Tenants must promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the landlord to for servicing. Tenants are responsible for changing light bulbs and maintaining smoke detectors. Yard maintenance is the landlord's responsibility, including mowing, weeding, and general upkeep. Additional Terms: Tenants must comply with all community rules and regulations.
