Smart TVs with streaming apps are available.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, and guests are required to register their pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. For groups of 8 or more guests, the fourth bedroom opens up. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night applies from the seventh guest onwards.

The outdoor hot tub is professionally serviced regularly, and the presence of leaves or debris between cleanings is normal and does not indicate uncleanliness. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7; there are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly, and wildlife or occasional outdoor insects may be encountered. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and their presence will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 09:00.
