One year lease. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter is also responsible for all mowing and landscaping on the property. Not expected to be perfect but very well maintained. Pets allowed. Having more than 3 pets will increase pet deposit. No smoking the home, but you can absolutely enjoy smoking on the covered, screened in porch. Owner will have a separate locked storage space in the shop and will give tenant 24-hour notice when come to storage. Rental inspection will be completed at Owners discretion every couple of months. Owner will give tenant a one week notice before inspection. All other terms and details will be outlined in detail in the lease.
