About the building

Apartment is a short walk away from the bus line and is a few minutes' drive from I-95 and Route 8. Bridgeport Hospital is also located nearby as are such amenities as fine dining and shopping areas. This area is currently a quiet neighborhood with a brand new high school situated across the street. In the future, this whole neighborhood will be transformed into a prime living area due to the Seaview Corridor project. This project is currently budgeted at $20 million and will further enhance the neighborhood with the addition of an open air park for the residents. Bond Street is currently a two way street but will be repurposed into a single one way street with the opposite side converted into Resident's Only parking. Other area attractions include Connecticut's only zoo (Beardsley Zoo and park) as well as the Wonderland of Ice skating rink. Requirements to move in: a one year lease agreement, two months security deposit and first month's rent. A background check will also be required. Owner pays for water, sewage and property taxes. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. First month's rent is due at lease signing. No smoking inside apartment but is permitted outside in yard and back porch. Renter is required to maintain the state of the apartment as noted at the lease signing. Any problems noted should be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
