The top floor has two sides. one side is the landing for the stairs and is a nice hangout room while the other room has been used as a bedroom. call it the top floor suite. so 4-5 bedrooms depending how you want to use them. split the cost with your fraternity or sorority friends and you are living very efficiently. Shower on the first floor and tub shower on the second floor. I have found that its best just to do a flat rate for the utilities and I handle paying them. so the utilities included price is: $2500.
