RENTAL HISTORY: Positive rental history required/ No evictions within the past 5 years/ Landlord references may be contacted. 5. BACKGROUND CHECK Criminal background screening will be conducted Applications may be denied for convictions that pose a risk to persons or property 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT Security deposit required: Up to 2 months' rent 7. PET POLICY Pets: Not Allowed 8. APPLICATION FEE Applicants may be required to pay a non-refundable screening fee (if applicable) 9. APPROVAL & CONDITIONAL APPROVAL Applications are evaluated as a whole. Some applicants may be approved with conditions, such as: Higher security deposit (within legal limits) Qualified co-signer/guarantor 10.
