The house is specifically set up for graduate students, reserchers, and professionals who value a clean, peaceful space to study and unwind. (Please note: Due to the layout of the home, it is best suited for adults and with school age family rather than with very young children.) Available entire home and individual rooms & pricing (August 15th Move-in) - Entire home $4500/month - Individual room 1. Room 1 (Master) with private bathroom: $1299/month - with extra closets. Do not share bathroom with anyone. 2. Room 2 with an additional study room (two rooms set), $1199, shared bathroom with two others. 3. Room 3 & 4, $1049/month - Cozy, private room, perfect for a budget - conscious student and young professional. (The first one who does not need parking space will have $50 discount in rent/month) The House Features: - Fully equipped shared kitchen and common living spaces. - 3 Off-Street parking spots available (A massive perk in Belmont, where overnight street parking is prohibited year-round!) - In-unit laundry (Washer/dryer) - Ample storage space in basement Location & Commuting: Belmont is a fantastic, quiet suburban oasis right on the edge of the city of Cambridge and Waltham, making commuting a breeze: - Bentley University: Just minutes away down the road into Waltham.
