Lease Terms Monthly Rent: $3,500 Due at Lease Signing: $6,500, consisting of the prorated first month's rent ($3,250) and a security deposit equal to one month's rent ($3,250). Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, oil (heat and hot water), internet/Wi-Fi, and trash disposal. Oil service must be established on automatic delivery prior to occupancy. Monthly Professional Housekeeping Included: Professional monthly housekeeping is included in the rent at no additional cost. Property Maintenance: The home is professionally maintained, and the landlord is responsive to maintenance requests to ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout the lease. Payment Method: Electronic payment via Zelle or direct bank transfer. Additional Lease Requirements Perfect for professionals, visiting faculty, graduate students, remote workers, relocating families, or anyone seeking a peaceful coastal home during the academic year. Maximum occupancy of four residents. No smoking. One small, well-behaved pet may be considered with prior written approval. Quiet residential neighborhood no loud parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Home furnishings are to remain in their designated locations and may not be moved to or stored in the basement. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean, respectful manner throughout the lease.
