Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are allowed; violation results in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and maximum occupancy is strict. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with potential usage caps for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early/late check-in/out may be possible with prior approval.
