3 bed 2 full bath, singlewide mobile home. Almost done with renovations.… Move in can be set as soon as you pass a background check and do a security deposit. Grass and water included. We do NOT billback for water. $800 a month or $200 a week.
Monthly option- $1650 to move in. (Includes deposit and first month.)
Weekly option- $1245 to move in (deposit plus first two weeks, then you pick up payments on third week)
We work with bad credit. Care about income, not credit scores.
