Longer terms preferred (3+months), open to some negotiation on the rent for longer stays. Minimum stay of 1 month due to zoning regulations. Security Deposit is $1000 for stays less 1-5 months, Leases 6-12 months Security deposit will increase to one months rent. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped), there is no gas service everything is electric. Fiberoptic Internet Connection (fast!), Wi-Fi included with a stream-ready smart TV in the living room. No cable service, occupants must use their own steaming accounts. Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $325 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
