Lease durations can vary based on agreement between tenant and landlord. ~There is No application fee. ~A background check is strongly encouraged prior to booking a tour/viewing of the property. ONLY serious inquiries will be considered without one. ~Proof of income is also required ~Renter will pay a one time, non refundable administrative fee of $250 before or at move in, along with the first (1st) months rent. ~A one time, non refundable cleaning fee of $150 is also required before or at move in. ~A flat fee of $175/month with be collected with the rent to cover the utilities. All fees (Administration fee and Cleaning fee) must be paid prior to moving into the apartment. ~Absolutely No pets are allowed on the property. ~A $150 fee will be charged for each day this rule is violated. ~This is a Smoke-Free living environment. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed on or in this property. ~A fee of $500 , or the total cost of damages (should they be greater) will be assessed for evidence of smoking. ~Designated parking is located at the back of the home with additional parking on the driveway. Please refrain from parking on the grass. ~Absolutely NO parties or events. ~A fee of $500 will be assessed for evidence of a party. ~Please do not flush excessive tissue, wipes, paper towels, sanitary/feminine products, or anything else that should not be flushed. Do not pour grease down any drain. Fines will be assessed for either. ~Be safe, respect the space, and have a great stay.
