This is a large upstairs bedroom (about 12x14) plus a walk-in closet!… The other rooms upstairs are a 2nd guest room/ spare office, my office, and your own bathroom. There's also a small patio that we call the "neighborhood watch tower." Downstairs is a newly renovated living room, mudroom, pantry, and kitchen with a gas fireplace. The home has a 2 year old HVAC system with a hospital-grade filtration system for the fire season! Everything in the pictures are shared, including kitchen appliances, silverware, hot tub, smoker, and so forth.

My girlfriend and I (late 30's) live on the main floor with our 4 year old female labrador. I work from home in sales and she has a M-F job at the office working for the government... we take the RV out of town quite often!
