The unit has hardwood floors throughout and new microwave and refrigerator. Hot water tank was replaced in the last 3 years.… Close to the lake and Rosetti Park. Great area for biking and water sports. Very quiet association so if you are a partier, this is not the location for you. Owner does not live on site but is very available when called.
