Lease terms
A 6 month lease will be issued to tenant(s) at first. Once the 6 months are over, you will be offered a one year lease. There is plenty of parking available. We do recycle in the Bronx. The owner pays for water. The apartment is ALL ELECTRIC. Tenant(s) is responsible to pay his/her electric bill. Security, first and last month's rents are due at signing. The tenant may opt to pay the last month's rent in 5 installments of $380 each. The tenant(s) will be responsible to keep the outside hallway clean, meaning the hallway should be vacuumed or swept and mopped at least twice every month. The tenants will NOT have use of the yard. If there is any major damage to the wood floors, the tenant(s) will be responsible to repair the floors. This includes, but is not limited to deep long scratches or water damage.
