Single occupancy. Street parking is available (ONE care only).Renter is responsible for all utilities. Gardening services are included and occur weekly on Thursdays. This is a private attached apartment in a home, and the property is shared. There is also a studio that is occupied for rent on the property, with a separate/private entrance. Available for rent June 1st. No smoking on entire property allowed. Pets are negotiable. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the home, reporting necessary repairs promptly, and using the property and its appliances in a responsible manner. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of clearing and repairing plumbing stoppages or drainage issues caused by hair, grease, foreign objects, or other blockage buildup attributable to tenant occupancy or misuse. Tenant will pay rent on the first of each month.
