Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped), there is no gas service everything is electric. Fiberoptic Internet Connection (fast!), WiFi included with a stream-ready smart TV in the living room. No cable service, occupants must use their own steaming accounts. Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 admin fee and $300 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
