The first bedroom includes a full trundle bed with a twin underneath and a desk, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, large armoire, original marble fireplace, and smart TV, and another with a queen bed and a charming reading nook.
Free onsite parking is available for 3 cars and a gas grill is provided. Max 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $150, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an extra $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

This is a multi-family home with long-term tenants living upstairs; shared spaces include an area near the side door, the parking lot, and the basement & hallway area leading down to laundry. Absolutely no parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. Any violation will result in termination of the reservation and immediate vacating without a refund, plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the gas grill (receipts will be reimbursed) or bringing their own charcoal for a charcoal grill. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
