Landscaper included with rent, but overall oversight and responsibility of the landscaper and landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be tenant/s responsibility.
Bi-monthly pest control service is provided by the owner and is included in the rent, but tenants should report any pest issues immediately, as well as take note of when pest control is visiting and that they are doing their job. This will be the responsibility of the tenant living on site.
Appliances included are: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stand-up freezer unit in garage (no owner warranty), and washer and dryer units; dryer hookup is propane gas (no owner warranty on W/D units).
Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, Propane Gas through Fallbrook Propane Co, Water through FPUD, & Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO. Please note this home has Solar!
