Steps to beach, park, zoo. Parking is first come first serve on the upper parking deck. While not guaranteed, generally you will find a stall. (Every car must move to a different stall on the parking deck every 24 hours; every car must drive off the lot every 72 hours.) However, if everyone had a car, not everyone would park; there are 80 units and 23 stalls. There are 27 privately owned stalls in the basement that some residents rent - this lessens the load on the first come first serve stalls. Also some people do not have cars. Each unit is allowed to park 1 car, subject to availability. Guest parking is allowed on the upper parking deck on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is no guest parking at night or on the weekends. However, with air bnb rentals growing the demand fluctuates much more now. If you come home late (it varies between about 5 pm and 8 pm) it will probably be full. There is 24 hour metered parking about 100 yards away at the zoo. About 400 yards away there is unmetered street and off street parking on the other side of the zoo. I have 1 privately owned outdoor stall at $155/month subject to availability. I also have 1 privately owned stall in the basement at $147/month subject to availability
