Our home offers a gas grill with seating and a BBQ area . We are centrally located withing a 30 mins walking distance to the center of town with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The long list of amentities include 2 smart TV's and a full size washer and dryer in a seperate pool cabana . We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom attached . We are located in the peaceful Sunrise Park neighborhood full of mid century gems with a real sense of community . We are out of any wind zone and not within the flight path . Downtown PS is only a 5 minute drive away and a 30 min walk . Desert Regional Medical Center is 1.8 miles away and Eisenhower Medical Center is 10 miles away. if requested ,pool heat is an extra fee of $2500 a month . We have a clean fee of $325 upon checkout and a monthly clean will be required . We can arrange weekly cleans if you like ! AC will be held by deposit and renter will pay the monthly bill depending upon useage. owners pay pool and landscaping weekly maintanance, trash removal and water . Renters pay electric bill AC as mentioned above.
