Passive Solar house is 1.25 miles away from the bus line, and 4 miles from campus. Two bedrooms, large, well-organized closets, one bath, 2 porches, one 14x14 screened, one 8x6 unscreened, small deck, 12x8 storage shed and attic. This is a quiet country home off a gravel road. House has high ceilings and many windows. Water is (double filtered) maintained by landlord. This property is shared by the landlord who is a retired O.T. / Artist and Musician. I will be doing applications and background checks. You must be ecologically minded( as this house has a septic system) and be non-smokers. Rent is $1,700 a month. House comes with a large fenced in area for a well behaved dog. The yard adjoins my dog yard which is designed to promote pet sharing/sitting. The house is located in the woodlands off of Old Lystra Road. 2 miles from Chapel Hill and Carrboro. If interested please let me know about you and your housing needs. I schedule tours only when this has occurred, so please don't drop by, or ask for a tour without communicating with me about you and your housing needs. You must have a good credit record, references will be checked. I am the land lord, I live nextdoor, and we share a mailbox and I also am also looking for a good neighbor.
