All occupants 18 or older must submit an application/screening report or qualifying Colorado portable tenant screening report, meet applicable rental criteria, and sign the lease. Household income must meet the listed income requirement, and rental history/background/lease compliance will be reviewed for each adult applicant. Tenant is responsible for normal interior upkeep, replacing light bulbs and HVAC/furnace filters as needed, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and keeping the home clean and in good condition.
