This is a no smoking property and the first month and security deposit are required upon the signing of the lease along with a cleaning deposit of $200.00. The cleaning fee is refundable if no additional cleaning is required by landlord when the the tenant moves out. If the renter has a cat or small dog (Upon Approval), there is an additional $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. There is a parking space for one car at the front of the property. Renter is responsible for propane for the heaters, and tenant has a separate propane tank next to the unit. Landlord will pay for electricity, Wi-Fi, and trash removal along with yard maintenance.
