Lease terms
Ski leases run from December 1 to April 30 Jan 5 to May 4 2026. US Credit report with score over 720 and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view the property before the application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in 4 or 5 month ski lease tenants pay monthly rent, which includes reimbursement to the owner for internet/WiFi, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric. Those services go into the renter's name for term of lease. Please note, that professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
