New LVT flooring throughout with tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Fully equipped galley kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances. Microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses. Sheets, blankets, towels, hangers. Iron and Ironing board, vacuum. Laundry room with a new washer and dryer. High speed internet. Large Smart Flat screen TV in living room. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES . All normal utilities, pool, and lawn service included. Check-in: 4:00 PM. Checkout: 10:00 AM. 30-night minimum stay due to county regulations. RENT/DEPOSIT: Monthly: $4600 for each 30 days (May-November); $6000 for each 30 days (December-April). One half months rental deposit due at booking time. Rental balance and cleaning fee due 30 days in advance of stay. SECURITY/DEPOSIT: $2000 due 30 days in advance of stay. Security deposit will be returned approximately 10 days after departure upon full assessment of property. Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund more than 60 days. Half deposit refund 31-59 days in advance. No refund for less than 30-day cancellation. Zillow application Fee: $35 pp non-refundable. Cleaning fee $300 non-refundable. To apply: 1.
