It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and quartz countertops, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with additional smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and a dryer. It is a short walk to the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus, downtown Columbus, and Kroger Food Market. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
