There is a washer/dryer on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full set of glasses, dishes, eating/cooking utensils, pots/pans, and all necessary items to cook/bake. A toaster, Keurig coffeemaker, rice cooker, & microwave, as well as a second small frig are clean and ready. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 2 more bedrooms on the second floor. None of the bedrooms are in the basement. There is one queen and four full-sized beds with very comfortable mattresses. A TV/remote is in every room as well as a desk/chair, dresser, nice lighting, room darkening window treatments, area rug and a mirror mounted to each door or wall. Everything you need is included. NO additional furniture or other items are permitted. A a gas grill and picnic table in the upper yard as well as down at the water level with a fire pit, chairs, and canoe with paddles/life vests await for your enjoyment. There is great fishing opportunity here since the Naugatuck River is stocked twice a year with salmon. Yard maintenance is included.
