**No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property premises. **Maintenance and Repairs Tenants are responsible for all repairs and maintenance costs up to $100. Any repair needs exceeding this amount will be addressed by the landlord. **Lease Duration This property is available for a 2-year lease agreement. **Guest Policy Guests are welcome but may not stay for more than one month consecutively. **Application Requirements Prospective tenants must adhere to the following application process: - A non-refundable application fee of $70 is required. - All occupants must complete an application form. - Submission of Social Security Number (SSN) for identity verification. - Provision of the last three months' bank statements from direct deposit accounts. - Rental Agreement: In cases of multiple occupants, only one tenant will be legally bound to the lease agreement if sharing with roommates. **Rental Payments Rent payments are to be made online for ease and convenience. **Late Payment Policy A late fee of $150 will be applied, with an additional $5 accruing daily for each day the rent remains unpaid past the due date. **Security Deposit A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required at the commencement of the lease. **Tenant Home Insurance Tenants are required to obtain and maintain a valid home insurance policy for the duration of their lease.
