Welcome to your new home! We want you to be incredibly comfortable here, so we've outlined a few basic details to make sure this property is a perfect fit for your needs: LEASE DURATION: We offer flexible options starting at a 7-month minimum (up to 12 months). This is a perfect setup if you're waiting on a new build, relocating, or need corporate housing! MOVE-IN COSTS: To secure the home, we ask for the first month's rent ($2,300) and a standard security deposit ($2300) at signing. UTILITIES & UPKEEP: You will handle your own standard utilities (electric, water, internet). We just ask that you treat the home as your own by taking care of basic day-to-day upkeep, like changing the HVAC air filters and replacing lightbulbs. SMOKING: To protect the furnishings and keep the home smelling fresh for everyone, we maintain a 100% smoke-free and vape-free environment inside the property. PETS: We know pets are family! We consider well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis. If your furry friend is approved, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $50/month pet rent per pet. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: WestView is a wonderful, quiet community. We simply ask that all residents respect the local HOA rules, including standard parking and pool access guidelines. APPLICATION PROCESS: We use Zillow's easy application tool for all adults over 18. We typically look for a 650+ credit score and a gross income of 3x the monthly rent, but we are happy to look at the whole picture especially for traveling professionals or corporate relocations.
