Included in Rent; Utilities; Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi, Waste, Lawn Care, and all Appliances A $600 Deposit is required. When you move out the $600.0 is given back if the apartment is as you got it, if it needs repair or cleaning the cost will come form the $600.00 Rent is due; On the first days of the month, it is for that month forward. If Rent Payment is 5 Day Late a $50.0 late fee is added, if no payment after 5 days you can be evicted. You are responsible for snow on your sidewalk, 60-day notice is required even after the agreement ends. No Junk vehicles: If you have a Junk vehicle sitting around, you will get 10-day notice to remove it, if the notice is ignored then we will get it moved at your cost. Insurance; 1. The Tenant is hereby advised and understands that the personal property of the Tenant is not insured by the Landlord for either damage or loss, and the Landlord assumes no liability for any such loss. 2. The Tenant is not responsible for insuring the Landlord's contents and furnishings in or about the Property for either damage or loss, and the Tenant assumes no liability for any such loss. Tenant Improvements; The Tenant will obtain permission from the Landlord before doing any improvements. Damage to Property; If the Property should be damaged by the Tenant's, the Tenant will pay to have it repaired. Accidents on the Property The landlord is not liable for any personal injuries or accident on the property. No Pets or animals are allowed to be kept in the apartment. No smoking or vaping in any of the buildings. No marijuana smoking on property.
