Terms at 2553 S Troy St #3F

Occupancy Limit No more than four (4) persons may reside in the leased premises at any time without prior written consent of the Landlord. Unauthorized occupancy constitutes a material breach of this lease. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in any enclosed common areas, or within 25 feet of any entry, window, or ventilation intake, pursuant to the Illinois Smoke-Free Act (410 ILCS 82). This includes tobacco, marijuana, and electronic vaping devices. Violations are subject to lease termination and/or financial penalties. Lease Term The lease shall commence on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date], unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Rent Payment Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent of $1,550, due on or before the 1st day of each month.
