Tenant Terms and Conditions 1. Rent Payment Rent is due on the agreed date each month. Late payments may incur a fee as specified in the lease. Repeated late payments may be grounds for termination. 2. Security Deposit A security deposit is required prior to move-in. Utilities Tenants are responsible for payment of utilities unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. 7. Occupancy Limits Only individuals listed on the lease may reside in the property. Additional occupants require landlord approval. 8. Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing. Additional deposits or fees may apply. 9. Noise and Conduct Tenants must maintain reasonable noise levels and respect neighbors. Disruptive behavior may result in penalties or eviction. 10. Entry by Landlord The landlord may enter the property for inspections, repairs, or emergencies with proper notice, as required by law. 11. Lease Termination Termination requires proper notice as outlined in the lease. Early termination may result in penalties unless otherwise agreed. 12. Compliance with Laws Tenants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while residing on the property.
