Street parking available 1/2 block away on Forgeus Ave. The unit has 4 closets and a big bathroom cabinet. Appliances are updated and include range, microwave, dishwasher, small washer-dryer combo, fridge and dual HVAC system. Custom blinds throughout unit. Solar panels keep electricity bills low. One small to medium-sized dog or cat considered. Cat must be kept indoors at all times. Unattended dog must be indoors at all times. Dog left unattended outside is grounds for cancellation of lease.
