No big trucks please, as both street and parking area are very small and narrow. There is no street parking permitted by the city. Street parking available 1/2 block away on Forgeus Ave. The unit has 4 closets and a big bathroom cabinet. Appliances are updated and include range, microwave, dishwasher, small washer-dryer combo, fridge and dual HVAC system. Custom blinds throughout unit. Solar panels keep electricity bills low. One small to medium-sized dog or cat considered. Cat must be kept indoors at all times. Unattended dog must be indoors at all times. Dog left unattended outside is grounds for cancellation of lease. Parties limited to 8 people including tenants. Quiet time 10pm-7am every day. No tobacco use allowed on premises.
